Policy for Highwood Library DVD Collection circulation
DVDs will be checked out to patrons for 3 day periods, with a 3 DVD limit at one time. There is no fee for DVD check out. Patrons returning DVDs late will be charged $1/day past the due date.

LIBRARY CARDS FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18

AGE REQUIREMENT:

FOR HIGHWOOD RESIDENTS

1.      Parent or guardian must accompany child to the library.

2.      Child must be at least 4 years old and co-sign the library card if able.

3.      Parent must show 2 proofs of current residence in Highwood and one photo ID.

Examples include but are not limited to:

a.      Driver’s license

b.      Checkbook

c.       Rental agreement

d.      Official mail-change of address sticker

e.      Voter ID card

f.        Utility bill  

RECIPROCAL CARD FOR HIGHLAND PARK RESIDENTS

 

1.      Parent or guardian must accompany child to the library.

2.      Child must be at least 4 years old and co-sign the library card if able.

3.      Child must have a Highland Park Library card in good standing with no outstanding fines.
